Chia Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 Banana (mashed)

1 1/2 tbsp  Chia Seeds

1/2 c  Milk of Choice

1/4 tsp  Vanilla Extract

1/8 tsp  Nutmeg

1/2 tsp  Cinnamon

1/8 tsp  All Spice

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small lidded container.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or over night.
  3. Pour into small bowl and eat as is or top with anything from oatmeal or granola to nuts or fresh fruit.
