Peanut Butter Hummus

Whether you are looking for a sweet or a savory spread – Peanut Butter Hummus is the answer. With a light tweak peanut butter hummus can be sweet for fruit or be savory for veggies. When looking for a source of protein in a delicious snack, this recipe has been a daily treat for over a month now. My personal favorite preparation is sweet with apple slices but it is also delicious with strips of red pepper seasoned like Thai Peanut Sauce.
